"Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us; we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God." 2 Corinthians 5:20

As Christians we are ambassadors for Christ. We are His representatives here on earth until He returns. Now, is that important? Yes, it is. And here's why.

As His ambassador, you represent Him. What you do, what you say and the way you act, all reflect on the character of God. When the world looks at you, they should not just see you, but see Christ in you. And, you should represent Him in such a way that they want to become a Christian themselves.
